I purchased from Lighting Universe strictly because the price was considerably lower than any other supplier--and for the exact product. Service was quick; value great! Website was very helpful. I wish I'd found this company when we built a new house 5 years ago.

This was one of three fixtures I ordered from Lighting Universe and this was my first time ordering from them I think that the prices were terrific, the customer service was outstanding (I called them with questions prior to placing my order) and the quality of the products I recieved was much better than expected. I have a small foyer but wanted a light fixture that would add some flare and this one looks great. It is easy to clean and put in new bulbs.

My order came on time and in great condition. No parts missing. I had to wait for my husband and his brother to finally get together and install all three fixtures. The foyer installation was tricky as it necessitated a VERY large ladder on the landing between the divided stairway. Installation and installers survived the ordeal. It certainly was worth the two week wait to see the finished product glowing radiantly in all three areas of my home.
