We had ordered a different light that was put on back order. We contacted Sara to cancel that order and order this West End Piccolo Pendants. She took care of the change we wanted and the light arrived a short time later. We loved the lights and especially the quick response to questions we had. We would buy from Lighting Universe again for sure. A++++++ service

We've had these pendant lights installed for a year or so now in our new kitchen (3 of them), and we absolutely love them. We've had more than one visitor ask us where we got them. They look so nice that we bought an extra one just in case we ever accidentally break one (though they're quite sturdy).
One suggestion to buyers: If you can, be sure to place these on dimming switches as it will allow better variety of lighting. They look amazing at night with a dim light in them.
